Executive ChairmanWalt is a highly innovative and successful entrepreneur with over 35 years of IT and business experience. He is an expert in network analyzation, network detection, and software development. In addition to overseeing ClearArmor, Walt is the Executive Chairman of Eracent, Inc., an IT Asset Management (ITAM) company. He was also founder and CEO of General Computing Corporation.
Bruce Hafner
PresidentBruce is ClearArmor’s President and Co-Founder. Bruce has significant experience working for financial, banking, telecommunications, consulting, and software organizations in a broad spectrum of roles. This experience has included startups, merger/acquisition related, and global outsourcing. Experience leading large, medium and small teams that span multiple countries, organizations, technology areas, and project types has brought a unique set of business and technical skills.
Johnny Sandaire PhD, PMP, MCAD
VP Technology IntegrationJohnny is a US Army Veteran with expertise in Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) technologies. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD). Johnny is responsible for leading new partner integrations into ClearArmor’s technology platforms as well as leading all technology aspects for on-boarding new clients and converting portfolios. Johnny works closely with ClearArmor’s partners through the lifecycle of designated projects from understanding all technology requirements, helping strategize technology offerings during the Request For Proposal process, to developing a launch plan and execution.
Pawel Rogozinski
VP Tech Dev & EngPawel is responsible for ClearArmor’s product development activities. He provides technical direction and ensures execution of technological strategy as well as proper application of technology and resources to meet strategic requirements and stakeholders needs.
Robert J Fasano MACJ MHRM
VP of Sales, AmericasRobert joined ClearArmor in 2018. He brings with him a passion for sales and people, with an unparalleled capacity to build rapport and grow relationships. His high energy, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, gives him the ability drive business. Robert has been in a sales leadership role for the past 5 years. He has worked with both domestic and multinational organizations. Through his past experience he has a wealth of knowledge selling and working with the leadership in a multitude of verticals on a global level. Robert holds a Master’s degree in both Organizational Management and Human Resources Management. These skills help him to meet your organizational goals.
Rex Hendershot
VP of Sales, EMEARex joined ClearArmor in 2018. Based out of London, he overseas EMEA sales and partnership efforts. Rex extends the reach of ClearArmor with substantial experience in enterprise software sales related to IT operations, asset management, and CyberSecurity. Rex brings the keen ability to align partner capability with client need, focusing on strategic engagement and sustainable growth. Rex has worked with a diverse set of clients and organizations located in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Russia, Poland, Romania, the Middle East, and the US.
Paula Aulisi
Chief Financial OfficerPaula has over 10 year’s experience in finance handling financial planning and investigative reporting while facilitating management of contracts and agreements for a multi-million dollar company. Paula has worked with numerous technology organizations to solve a range of complex technical and business challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree, with a concentration in Information Technology, and a certificate in Law and Legal Processes. Paula’s financial responsibilities blend well with her financial expertise and technology background.
