Walt is a highly innovative and successful entrepreneur with over 35 years of IT and business experience. He is an expert in network analyzation, network detection, and software development. In addition to overseeing ClearArmor, Walt is the Executive Chairman of Eracent, Inc., an IT Asset Management (ITAM) company. He was also founder and CEO of General Computing Corporation.
Chief Executive Officer
Larry is a seasoned executive with experience from successfully founding start-ups to leading major subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies. He was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. He is a recognized world-wide expert in IT Asset Management which is foundational to a successful Cyber Security program. Prior to moving into executive management Larry spent many years in information technology as a programmer, system analyst and data base administrator.
Bruce is ClearArmor’s President and Co-Founder. Bruce has significant experience working for financial, banking, telecommunications, consulting, and software organizations in a broad spectrum of roles. This experience has included startups, merger/acquisition related, and global outsourcing. Experience leading large, medium and small teams that span multiple countries, organizations, technology areas, and project types has brought a unique set of business and technical skills.
Jessica S. Diaz, PMP, MBA, CSM
Vice President, Marketing and Chief Operating Officer
Jessica’s business management experience spans over 19 years. For most of those years she has focused on security, specifically listening to clients and working with them to reach their security goals. Her insight and due diligence has allowed her to meet and even exceed the expectations of Federal and commercial clients.
Before joining ClearArmor as their COO, she dedicated her time to large emerging technology programs and projects. As a result, Jessica has intimate knowledge of security, delivery, budgets, schedules, logistics, configuration management, process management and SDLC, PMBOK, ISO, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, and much more.
Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Technology Officer
Jim is ClearArmor’s CTO and General Counsel. Jim has a BSECE from Drexel University and JD and LLM degrees from George Mason University’s School of Law. He worked in a variety of technical roles for large corporations, start-ups, and Congress before attending law school. In his legal career, Jim worked for several years as an outside attorney and patent agent for a large law firm, where he advised individuals, start-ups, and Fortune 100 corporations on a wide range of legal matters.
Jim moved in-house almost a decade ago, first helping Unisys Corporation adopt a more comprehensive, business-oriented approach to IP protection, and later joining the legal team at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Jim is active in defining the technical attributes of ClearArmor’s flagship offerings, ensures that the company’s intellectual property is well protected, and provides legal guidance in other areas as well.
Chief Financial Officer
Paula has over 10 year’s experience in finance handling financial planning and investigative reporting while facilitating management of contracts and agreements for a multi-million dollar company. Paula has worked with numerous technology organizations to solve a range of complex technical and business challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree, with a concentration in Information Technology, and a certificate in Law and Legal Processes. Paula’s financial responsibilities blend well with her financial expertise and technology background.
Vice President of Engineering
Marek brings over 20 years of IT and software development expertise. He joins ClearArmor to lead a fast growing, dynamic engineering team and deliver timely solutions to the market. Marek holds a Master degree of Systems and Network Programming from Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. He is a member of industry standards committees and national standards associations.
